Parcel handling pricing
As shown in the table below, the handling fee for your parcels depends on the pricing package you subscribe to.
For example, if you subscribe to Mail Forward Eco (9.80 euros / month), the handling of 4 small parcels per month is
included in your pricing package (*). If you receive a 5th small parcel, its handling
will be invoiced 3.06 euros.
A small parcel is one for which the sum of its length + width + height is less or equal to 100 cm, for a maximum
weight of 6 kg.
Calculating what is included in the pricing packages
The parcels handling included in your pricing package is calculated with the same logic as
our other services. We designed a system of equivalences that is described on
the general pricing page.
The equivalences for parcels handling are :
- 1 parcel handling from 0 to 100 cm is worth 3 invoicing units
- 1 parcel handling from 101 to 150 cm is worth 4 invoicing units
- 1 parcel handling from 151 to 200 cm is worth 5 invoicing units
- 1 parcel handling from 201 to 250 cm is worth 10 invoicing units
- 1 parcel handling from 251 to 300 cm is worth 20 invoicing units
- 1 parcel handling of special size cm is worth 40 invoicing units
Here is an example with pricing package "Courrier by Internet Eco". This pricing package includes
the handling of 5 parcels belonging to the size "151 to 200 cm / max 15 kg". This parcel size is worth 5 invoicing units,
which is equivalent to 5 pages of mail scanned. When you receive this parcel, if your account has already been
invoiced for 20 pages scanned in the current month, this is equivalent to 20/5 = 4 parcel handling of
size "151 to 200 cm / max 15 kg". This parcel will therefore be considered as the 5th of the month. It is included.
However, had you received 21 pages of mail scanned, this parcel would have been considered as an additional parcel, that is
not included in the pricing package.
The equivalence system provides invoicing flexibility. It enables our customers to subscribe to only one pricing package
that covers all our services (scans, faxes, bills payment, parcel handling, mail forwarding). In other words, if you do not
use much scans and faxes, you can use more parcel handling and the other way around. Your needs may change from one month
to the other; the flexibility is built in the system.
