Speaking with FRANCE 24's Monte Francis, Dr Mark Loustau, Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study at Central European University, asserts that "we can probably safely say that Hungary is the Kremlin's biggest agent in the EU", adding that "for years now Orban has done the bidding" of Moscow "in trying to destabilise not only unity in the EU but also the government in Ukraine". Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto is alleged to have leaked sensitive information about EU negotiations to Russia.
