Fans of the hit animated musical "KPop Demon Hunters", Netflix’s most-watched movie ever, enjoyed a spectacular drone show over Seoul on Sunday, where 1,200 drones illuminated the night sky with images of beloved characters and iconic South Korean landmarks. From the very first notes, the crowd goes wild as they take in the free show.
In the skies above Seoul, 1,200 drones recreate now-iconic scenes from Netflix's hit animated film "K-Pop Demon Hunters", which tells the story of three K-pop stars who secretly hunt demons.
References to Korean culture abound throughout the film, with a traditional hat, the gat, worn by characters and Korean food referenced throughout.

Seoul has now launched special events for foreign tourists, including guided walks in city parks where visitors wear the gat.
And the Seoul landmarks shown in the film have become another key attraction, helping to drive tourism in the capital.

In July alone, 1.36 million foreign tourists visited Seoul – a record, according to local authorities.
The National Museum of Korea is also reporting record numbers since the film’s release in June.
"K-Pop Demon Hunters" joins a parade of global hits like "Parasite" and "Squid Game", further reinforcing the ongoing Korean cultural wave around the world.
